BGZ40TC Flash Dryer (Heat by steam aided with electricity)  is important equipment  of surface flash drying and solidifying after finishing of grid pasting, water pour  and acid pour, with the advantages of suitable structure, convenient  operation, and easy maintenance and repair, and high productivity.   It adopts steam as the first heat supply, transmit heat through the heat interchanger and then dry grid.When the temperature could not achieve users' request, the equipment can automatically open the electric heating tube that can rise the temperature. It also adopts hot air circulation pipeline with high heat utilization efficiency and uses belt chain to feed grid  horizontally. Both the upper and lower part have air flue that can dry the both sides of grid simultaneously with the advantages of superior drying effect and high production  efficiency. It fits for varied specifications of grid
