H100 Automatic Lead Paste Mixer (1000kg)

1.Combining the actual demand  of domestic accumulator production,   we successfully developed theH100 plaster which is the  advanced domestic lead plaster mixing and manufacturing equipment. The whole system is controlled by micro-computer realizing the line production process. The lead powder, acid and water weighing use the advanced  tension sensor for  control and demonstration. and the weighing  precision can reach ±0.2%

 

The main machine run steadily and reliably, the  distance between the scraper and  is controlled within 1mm with the feature of avoiding the remains of rest plaster. The wall of main machine, with water cooling system, can effectively control the temperature of  lead paste mixing  and ensure the quality of lead plaster.

6,Electric control:

6.1 The whole system  adopts the PLC programmable controller and touch screen. Concentrated programmable control and automatic line manufacturing process can be realized as per the requirements of users. The contents which can be showed in operational panel: weight of lead powder, acid and water, temperature and mixing time of lead plaster and the whole process.

6.2. The picture of main control is dynamic:  the weighing pictures can real-time display the actual weight as per the proportion. The mixing system and lead plaster hopper have rotational picture with the advantages of easy operation, direct-viewing and  reliability.

6.3. The program control can preset  60 sets of programs for plaster mixing formulations. The contents contain weight of lead powder, acid and water, mixing time of lead plaster.
