                        HZ150 Vacuum Lead Paste Mixer (1500kg)

Usage:learning from foreign  advanced paste making equipments and considering domestic demand, we developed vacuum paste mixers series.  It could automatically accomplish material weighing and feeding, lead powder weighing and feeding, acid, water weighing and feeding, and paste mixing in vacuum  condition. Crossed and conversely material  mixing could make the paste highly homogeneous. The fully sealed condition could insure that no material lost in mixing process and insure the correction of ingredient. There is no partial overheat in the mixing roller, the cooling system could cool every paste crystal which could insure the even temperature of lead paste.  The equipment adopts PLC control, flowing operation, automatic production, with its reliable operation,  high productivity, low consumption, low pollution, its an ideal equipment for accumulator production.
